What we collect
Account details (username, email address, password hash), tournament registrations, the content you publish, and the technical logs needed to keep the service running.
Why we use it
To authenticate you, verify your email address, operate tournaments and standings, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and preferences
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and store your language and theme choices in your browser.
Service providers
Email delivery is handled by Resend and hosting and database services store the application data. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Email verification links expire after 1 hour and are deleted once used or replaced.
Your choices
You can update your profile, change your password, and delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your account and its registrations; some audit records may be retained as described in the security documentation.
